Has anyone gotten a custom knee brace? I am in constant pain and my knee is extremely unstable due to the unevenness of my lateral knee. November 15 I slipped on slime Algea in a parking lot and fractured/ crushed my tibial plateau approx. 1″ and also fractured my shin approx 4″. My dr and PT are very happy with my progress , but I seem to be at a stand still now , with stability and pain. Since January 21 I have been doing aquatic therapy 3 days a week , until reciently I started in the clinic ( I call it the torcher chamber). I live in pain and I am very limited in the amount of time I can bare wight on my leg. I began walking late February as soon as I was given the okay by my Dr. If anyone has suggestions or can share their similar experiences, it would be greatly appreciated!!!!
