Hey everyone. I will be 2 Weeks post-op this friday. TPF repair with plate and screws along with a meniscus reconstructions. I’ve been reading about the importance of protein. Right now, my appetite sucks, and I know i’m not eating as well as I should be. Does anyone recommend a protein bar or shake? thanks – any other nutrition ideas would be great as well. Thanks everyone. This site has been great.
