Good afternoon dear friends, I would like to tell you my case and read your opinions.
Three months ago I suffered an injury while playing football, the diagnosis was tibial plateau fracture and complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament. Guide undergoing surgery and I am in the recovery stage.
I have been 45 days of physiotherapy sessions and the ROM I have obtained is around 60 to 70 degrees of rotation.
The longer, it is usually necessary to be able to walk without the use of crutches and to be able to perform my daily activities.
I appreciate your attention.
Good luck to everyone.
